Dear Desi owners don't rip the customers here because the wrap I took charged me $9.95, and the same wrap costed me $5.95. Secondly, the small size girl grilled the wrap with the paper on it and when I reached home in 10 mins to eat unfortunately I had to throw it in the bin since that wholegrain wrap was filled with the paper and I couldn't taken it off the wrap which resulted in me dumping into the bin. Expectations always lead to disappointment when dealing with our desi stores.

The wheat bread I had with my chicken schnitzel sub was almost half the thickness of usual so the salads were all falling out. Also the week previously the chicken was cold (under room temperature). I was also confused when the price was $15.95 for a footlong schnitzel sub as it's not usually this expensive.

Rude male worker doesn’t know the franchise menu and tells what you can and can’t order. Doesn’t know service procedures when ordering and then make customer uncomfortable by blame them for a simple mistake when he never ask what I wanted on both just assumed I did mind cause simple miscommunication but he then proceeded to sigh and say I need to speak Cleary making me feel bad when I stayed 3 time what I wanted he was just lazy and uninterested I expect proper training to staff female worker is very nice and attentive but bad experience tonight with the other employee

I've been a regular here for years. The best place to eat, the staff are efficient and the bread is always fresh :)

Should have given zero if I had a choice. There is no fixed opening or closing times. Don't rely on Google. This has happened with me at least 5 times now. The sign says it's open, but door locked at time 5:19 p.m. Can't expect worse.
